A school-leaving certificate is not essential for an apprenticeship at PENNY. Experience is also not necessary, as you will receive comprehensive training and support as an apprentice.
Course and duration of the apprenticeship
The apprenticeship period at PENNY is usually3 years. Your training consists of:
- Practical training directly in the store
- Lessons at the vocational school

During your apprenticeship, you can also do an apprenticeship with a school-leaving certificate.
Salary and earnings at PENNY
Your apprentice salary is well above the collective agreement for the Austrian retail sector. At PENNY, you will receive fair and punctual pay that increases with each year of your apprenticeship:
1st year of apprenticeship: € 1.270,-
2nd year of apprenticeship: € 1.350,-
3rd year of apprenticeship: € 1.580,-
